Poppy Lane Placements Ltd is recruiting a Property Assistant for a global investment firm in Mayfair, London. The role supports day-to-day management of a private residential portfolio, collaborating with the Director of Property and household staff to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-focused and able to juggle priorities. A background in property or related fields is preferable; English fluency and right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in property is ideal or related experience in lettings, estate agency, PA/office admin, or hospitality

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day management of the residential portfolio
• Prepare properties for the family and guests with household staff and contractors
• Process orders, deliveries, refunds and payments
• Schedule planned and reactive maintenance, follow up issues and sign off completed works
• Manage utility accounts and suppliers for value
• Research, vet and manage contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Prepare regular reports, help with property budgets and maintain records
• Refine operating procedures and take on ad hoc projects
