A leading independent healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a candidate to manage private patient admissions and enhance customer relationships. The role involves handling inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have marketing or sales experience, excellent communication skills, and strong computer proficiency. You will assist the Hospital to grow self-pay and Private Medically Insured admissions to defined targets. To effectively manage consultant relationships to ensure the private patient experience is consistently delivered. This interaction will be across all channels, in person, on the telephone and in writing. To be measured through patient satisfaction, compliments and/or complaints whilst undertaking analysis of private activity in order to maximise revenue generation.
