Qualifikationen

• Experience in UK regulated residential mortgage lending, preferably private banking or High-Net-Worth mortgages.
• Experience managing relationships with regulated mortgage intermediaries.
• Strong knowledge of MCOB, responsible lending and Consumer Duty.
• Clear understanding of the boundary between factual information and regulated mortgage advice.
• Experience handling complex income, assets and non-standard circumstances.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted relationships with High-Net-Worth customers and approved brokers.
• Explain eligibility, documentation, fees and the application process clearly.
• Operate within the execution-only framework and maintain regulatory boundaries.
• Collect income, expenditure, assets and source of wealth information for eligibility.
• Prepare complete case files and manage mortgage pipeline from enquiry to completion.
• Coordinate onboarding including ID, verification, sanctions and PEP controls.
• Support broker onboarding and ongoing oversight, escalating issues when needed.
• Remain primary contact after completion for servicing and vulnerability needs.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Credit, Mortgage Ops, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal and Risk.
• Contribute to sustainable lending and responsible growth without compromising outcomes.
