Afin Bank Limited is recruiting a HNW Relationship Manager to lead origination of high‑net‑worth mortgages and build a robust broker network across the UK. The role combines strategic product design with direct client and broker engagement, operating mainly in the field with regular office presence in London or Birmingham and travel nationwide.

You will shape new HNW and Affluent lending propositions, collaborate with underwriting and risk teams, and drive sales strategies in a growing, agile

Formación

• Minimum 5 years experience in HNW Mortgages and/or complex real estate lending, supporting brokers and Introducers.
• Established network of introducers and brokers across the UK.
• Detailed and demonstrable technical knowledge of HNW & Complex Lending and commercial judgement.
• Regulatory knowledge covering money laundering and criminal activity (AML/KYC/PEP).
• Experience interacting with Solicitors, accountants, surveyors and challenging assumptions.

Responsabilidades

• Originate new HNW, Affluent and complex mortgages lending business.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with Specialist HNW & complex property finance brokers across the UK.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from enquiry to completion and structure funding solutions.
• Navigate FCA MCOB rules and understand trusts, holding companies, and interpreting full statutory accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
• Collaborate with underwriting, credit risk and lending operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
