DWS Group is seeking an Infrastructure Investment Manager – private equity in London. You will work on the SGIF/PEIF funds, appraising opportunities across Europe, performing due diligence, modelling, and portfolio management to support fundraising and investor reporting.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, liaise with advisers, and contribute to the investment decision process while ensuring rigorous financial analysis and value creation across infrastructure assets.

Qualificações

• Experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, Private Equity or Transaction Advisory with focus on infrastructure, energy, or transport assets.
• Strong cash-flow modelling and valuation skills.
• Understanding of full investment life cycle from origination to exit.

Responsabilidades

• Appraise infrastructure investment opportunities across Europe.
• Lead due diligence and acquisition processes with advisers, lawyers, tax specialists, and internal teams.
• Provide commercial assessment and investment recommendations based on risk/return.
• Build and update financial models for valuation and scenario analysis.
• Perform asset management activities and monitor portfolio performance.
• Support fundraising by providing asset information and responding to investor queries.
• Prepare and present investment committee papers and portfolio valuation reports.
