Job summary

DWS Group in London is seeking a Fund CFO/Fund Operations Specialist for Infrastructure to lead fund performance, reporting, and financing activities. The role supports its infrastructure funds with acquisition structuring and investor communications.

You will work within the Fund CFO team to manage cash flows, co-investments, and regulatory considerations, collaborating with external administrators and directors to optimise outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACA (or equivalent accounting qualification) with PQE
• Experience with Alternatives funds, Private Equity/Infrastructure focus preferred
• Strong ability to translate complex situations into clear action points
• Experience in investor reporting and fund performance; experience with new transactions or product development

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly investor reports and fund metrics for each Fund
• Manage investor queries across all Funds
• Participate in set-up of acquisition/investment structures
• Determine accounting treatment for new acquisitions and share with administrators
• Devise funding for asset acquisition and follow-on investments
• Maintain relationships with independent directors and valuers
• Maintain co-investment and carried interest calculations across Funds
• Forecast cashflows and manage Fund models at Fund level
• Execute fund facility arrangements for each Fund
• Coordinate co-invest structures and redistributions across funds
