Qualifications

• Experience in M&A, leveraged finance, private equity or transaction advisory with infrastructure focus
• Strong knowledge of the full investment life cycle
• Experience across European infrastructure sectors
• Excellent cash flow modelling and valuation skills
• Strong communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Appraisal of potential infrastructure investment opportunities across Europe
• Lead due diligence and acquisition processes with advisers and lawyers
• Commercial assessment and investment recommendation
• Build and update financial models for valuation
• Asset management and portfolio reporting through lifecycle to realisation
• Support future fundraising and investor queries
• Prepare and present investment committee papers
