• Conduct comprehensive due diligence across financial, commercial, technical, and legal aspects.
• Structure and execute complex transactions with significant capital deployment.
• Develop financial models from first principles and prepare Investment Committee memos.
• Support active management of portfolio companies to drive value creation.
• Monitor market developments and contribute to strategy reviews of the investment thesis.
