Job summary

Spire Healthcare is recruiting a Self-Pay Advisor to join our Patient Support Centre Sales team in Seaham. You will manage self-pay enquiries, convert leads into appointments, and deliver high-quality service against performance targets.

The role offers full training, a 12-month fixed-term contract, and exposure to private healthcare administration. You will work across multiple systems, maintain strong relationships with patients and hospitals, and contribute to a national sales framework.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage self-pay patient enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms
• Handle enquiries from initial contact through to appointment booking
• Convert warm leads into appointments and sales to meet KPI targets
• Deliver a high standard of customer service in private healthcare settings
• Manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
• Use multiple systems to support enquiry handling and booking processes
