They are seeking an individual at Analyst or Associate level, to work across a dynamic European portfolio encompassing a range of commercial, residential, and alternative asset classes.

We are seeking passionate and forward-thinking individuals, who want to work across a range of property and transaction types, in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and constructing detailed financial models to appraise investments across Europe, with an involvement across multiple asset classes.
• Brilliant access and mentorship to investment professionals across the business, supporting them throughout the transaction process.
• Ensuring the high quality of internal investment memorandums.
• Supporting wider Asset and Development Management strategies, collaborating with colleagues to support in multiple scenarios.

Key Requirements:

• Existing transactions experience ideally across multiple geographies and assets.
• Exceptional financial modelling skills, with the ability to construct complex discounted cash flows to assess opportunities.
