Job Description:

Our client is an entrepreneurial Private Equity Investor who invests across a range of sectors. They have recently completed deals in Tech, Media, Healthcare Industrials and Payments. The small team are looking to hire an Associate to join a lean team that will afford the individual joining plenty of responsibility and autonomy from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modelling, valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis), and sensitivity analysis.
• Perform industry research, market sizing, and competitive landscape assessments.
• Support due diligence efforts including coordination with legal, accounting, and operational advisors.

Deal Execution

• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.
• Participate in deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation processes.
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through proactive sourcing and networking.

Qualifications:

• Two to Four years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Private Equity.
• Exceptional academic credentials; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of commercial awareness.
• Results-oriented and proactive, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
• Fluency in English with an additional European language a nonessential plus.
