Job description

My client is an international law firm with multiple offices in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. They are looking for a mid-level associate to join their dedicated private equity team.

This team is well known for its activity in the London mid-market, advising a variety of clients such as PE houses, VC investors, and management teams on transactions including leveraged buyouts, management buyouts/ins, and VC & Growth investments.

Although sector-agnostic, they have advised on deals in sectors such as technology, energy/infra, healthcare, retail, and consumer.
