Job description

Are you an experienced EA who loves being a pivotal member of the team? If so, this role offers an opportunity to work at one of the most successful and dynamic Private Equity firms in central London. Join a market leader shaping the future globally, supporting a highly collaborative team of EAs who genuinely look out for each other. You will support primarily one Partner and up to four team members in a highly dynamic environment, requiring excellent diary management skills and the ability to anticipate changes. As an EA to this senior team, you should be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills to meet all deadlines. This is a driven, unified team where your contributions will truly matter, making it an excellent role for an EA passionate about providing top-tier support and being a genuine team player.

Requirements: 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within the investment sector, including Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Professional Services.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Extensive calendar management for the Partner and team
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls across multiple time zones
  • Providing support for the wider team in a collaborative environment
  • Organizing international travel arrangements and accommodation
