Testing Site - JPMC in London seeks an Analyst or Associate in our Corporate and Private Side Sales Equity and Credit team to support episodic transactions in the private side markets. You will assist in originating, structuring, and negotiating tailored private credit transactions for corporate clients and funds, working with investment banking and trading desks.

Based in London but part of a global team, you will collaborate with continental European colleagues and help expand distribution

Formación

• Relevant work experience in investment banking or private capital markets in a front office role.
• Exposure to clients and counterparties, including portfolio managers in funds or senior management in corporates.
• Understanding of complex financing arrangements and private credit products.
• Ability to interact confidently with colleagues across lines of business and functions and at all levels within the organisation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence partners and stakeholders.
• Reliable and collaborative team player, comfortable working in a small, hands-on team.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and expansion of the private credit product offering, with a focus on alternative and illiquid structures.
• Partner with marketers/salesforce, investment bankers, capital markets bankers, and traders to help structure and distribute transactions.
• Assist in opening up distribution channels within the private credit market through in-person engagement and product education of the public side syndicate and sales functions.
• Work closely with control functions in market, credit and reputation risk, compliance, legal, accounting, and tax.
