Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in London seeks exceptionally talented individuals to support Private Banking client advisors, working with colleagues from other markets, businesses and functions to help deliver a first-class client experience.

You will provide support to a team of client advisors and specialists, handling onboarding, documentation updates, client queries, and periodic reviews while maintaining confidentiality and a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, law or business (or equivalent).
• Discretion with confidential matters.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operational support to Bankers and wider integrated team, where appropriate
• Help manage account opening / onboarding process with onboarding officer as subject matter expert for both prospects and existing clients
• Help support Bankers with updating account documentation / authorities & Sig List on an ad hoc basis and within the role of managing client Periodic Review process
• Help with business and banker projects and strategies for prospects and clients including subscription and content management
• Help with team projects and admin (weekly flows commentary, pipeline reporting etc.)
• Support to resolve ad hoc client queries and standard reporting
