Qualifications

• Investment Banking/Private Credit background desired.

Responsibilities

• Originating and evaluating credit investments within the Private Credit platform.
• Conducting due diligence and financial analysis to support investment theses.
• Assisting in structuring, negotiating and documenting investments.
• Presenting investment theses to AMD and Firm-wide committees.
• Monitoring existing investments and performance metrics.
• Engaging with sponsors, management teams and internal stakeholders.
