Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in London seeks an Analyst in Real Estate Finance within the Securitised Products Group to screen and research real estate loan opportunities across EMEA, support structuring and execution of loan proposals, and provide market research to inform recommendations.

You will assist with financial modelling, real estate underwriting, and preparation of deal proposals for internal committees, and coordinate with credit, valuation and middle office to deliver high-quality real

Qualifications

Experience with multiple property classes (office, retail, logistics, multi-family).
Familiarity with lending against operating businesses where real estate is a key factor.
Excellent data handling skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Advanced modelling skills and strong report writing capabilities.
Sound judgement and experience in risk analysis.
Robust questioning and negotiating skills.
Interest in real estate.
Experience in structured finance.

Responsibilities

Screen and research real estate loan opportunities throughout EMEA to assess viability.
Support the structuring and execution of loan proposals.
Provide and analyse market research to support recommendations.
Prepare deal proposals for internal committees.
Conduct financial modelling to support deal analysis.
Assist with real estate underwriting of transactions.
Coordinate interaction with internal teams, including credit, valuation, and middle office.
Ensure flawless data handling and maintain high standards of accuracy.
Apply strong analytical skills to assess risk and support decision-making.
Draft clear and concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
