You will own preparing lender materials, structuring credit narratives, financial modelling, and managing data rooms, with day‑one responsibility in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Big 4 Transactions, Private Credit, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear understanding of debt structures, credit metrics, and leverage dynamics.

• Preparing institutional-quality lender materials (teasers, IMs, debt decks).
• Structuring clear and compelling credit narratives.
• Financial modelling and leverage analysis.
