Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Private Client Loss Adjuster in Birmingham/London and South East. The role involves managing high-value, complex claims for HNW clients with discretion and precision.

You will liaise with policyholders, insurers and contractors, demonstrating excellent communication and strategic thinking in a high-stakes environment. Flexible hybrid working from office or home is available.

Qualifications

• A full UK Driving Licence: travel by car is essential.
• Experience handling complex and major losses, typically over £100,000, on a chargeable time basis or a strong progression goal.
• Dip CILA/ACILA status (or working towards this qualification).
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex details clearly with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
