Sedgwick is offering a Private Client Loss Adjuster role across Birmingham, London and the South East. The position is permanent and involves handling high-value, complex Private Client claims with discretion and strategic insight.

You will travel as needed, work with a collaborative team, and contribute to Sedgwick's renowned client service, training, and career development programs in a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience handling complex and major losses, especially High Net Worth claims.
• Dip CILA/ACILA status or actively working towards it.
• Excellent communication with policyholders, insurers, contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage intricate Private Client losses with high professionalism.
• Liaise with discerning clients and adjusters on complex cases.
• Maintain highest standards of discretion and client service.
