Sedgwick is recruiting a Private Clients Loss Adjuster for London & South East to handle high-value, complex HNW claims for our Private Clients team. You will assess, manage, and settle intricate losses with clients in luxury homes, ensuring meticulous service and discretion.

Qualifications

• A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Experience handling complex and major losses in excess of £100,000 on a chargeable basis.
• Dip CILA/ACILA status or working towards this qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with policyholders, insurers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage intricate Private Client losses with discretion and professionalism.
• Liaise with discerning clients and provide clear, fair settlements.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, effective communication, and adaptability in changing circumstances.
