Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience handling complex and major losses, especially High Net Worth claims.
• Dip CILA/ACILA status or actively working towards it.
• Excellent communication with policyholders, insurers, contractors and stakeholders.

We are excited to offer a rare opportunity for a select group of ambitious Loss Adjusters to join our exclusive Private Clients team. This role is ideal for professionals with proven field experience, particularly those who have handled High Net Worth (HNW) claims.

Our HNW clients typicallyresidein luxury homes and own high-value contents and valuables. As a result, the claims we manage are complex, nuanced, and varied. We are committed to delivering a highly personal service with unwavering attention to detail and care.

This role requires a sharp eye for detail, a compassionate approach, and a strategic mindset. You willbe responsible formanaging intricate claims, liaising with discerning clients, andmaintainingthe highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

The skills you will have when you apply:

• A full UK Driving Licence: It is essential you can travel by car
• Demonstrable experience of handling complex and major losses in excess of £100,000 on a chargeable time basis or a keen desire to progress to this level
• Dip CILA/ACILA status (or working towards this qualification).
• Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.

• Use of Apple software such as iPads, or other tablets
