Apex Group in Jersey seeks an Assistant Manager in Private Clients & Family Office to deliver trust and company administration for a portfolio of complex clients. You will work with the Manager and Director, developing the team and ensuring regulatory compliance and timely client service.

You will mentor staff, manage workflows, and prepare client documentation, regulatory returns and board materials while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of trust and company administration.
• Good understanding of applicable laws and regulatory concepts.
• Ability to analyse financial accounts and identify issues.
• Experience in trust and company services is essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide trust and company administration services to allocated portfolios.
• Act as a focal point for administration and queries from the team.
• Support manager training and development within the team.
• Maintain accurate time and billing records and meet targets.
• Prepare and review documents for JFSC filings and entity setups.
• Organise trustee and board meetings and distribute packs.
