Job summary

TPF Recruitment is working with a highly respected chartered accountancy practice near Goudhurst in Kent. The Private Client Tax Manager will oversee a portfolio of high‑quality tax work for a diverse client base, acting as the first point of contact and coordinating with Partners.

You will lead advisory and compliance services, manage junior staff, and contribute to business development. A competitive remuneration package and hybrid working are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold ATT/ ACA/ ACCA/ CTA qualification.
• Extensive private client/personal tax experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
• Strong compliance and advisory expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private client tax clients and be the first point of contact.
• Lead client meetings and provide advisory and compliance services.
• Provide technical support to Partners and delegate work to junior staff.
• Support business development activities when needed.
• Tailor the role around experience and aspirations.
