TPF Recruitment are working with a long-standing accountancy practice in the KT area, based in Epsom. They seek a Personal Tax Senior Manager to lead the private client team and shape client relationships in a role that blends compliance and advisory work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned private client tax professional handling complex UK and non-domiciled clients, with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver under pressure.

Qualifications

• CTA qualification with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience with complex UK and non-domiciled HNW clients.
• Strong technical knowledge across personal tax planning and advisory work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing personal tax returns prepared by consultants and providing technical guidance.
• Advising on estate planning, inheritance tax planning, wealth structuring and domicile matters.
• Spotting opportunities for restructuring clients’ tax affairs and discussing these with the Partner and client.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, alongside the Partner.
• Handling HMRC tax investigations when required.
