Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in Scotland.
• 0–5+ years PQE.
• Experience handling private client matters.
• Residential conveyancing knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, executry administration, trusts and estate planning.
• Handling residential conveyancing transactions (sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages).
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintaining accurate case records and compliant with Law Society of Scotland regulations and AML procedures.
• Supporting business development to enhance the firm’s local reputation.
