G2 Legal Limited, Leigh-based firm, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its busy Private Client department. The role offers a varied caseload and the chance to progress within a growing practice.

You will handle wills, probate, estate administration, trusts and powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters, while building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice. Competitive salary £35,000-£50,000 per annum, full-time, with training and development

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Private Client Solicitor
• Experience handling wills, probate and estate administration

Responsibilities

• Private Client Solicitor to caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion
• Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning
• Handling probate matters and the administration of estates
• Advising on Trusts and Powers of Attorney
• Dealing with Court of Protection matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and professional advice
