Qualifications

• Previous experience in Private Client law, ideally covering Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Opportunity for training and progression within Private Client.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Supporting Probate applications and inheritance tax matters
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Supporting Solicitors on more complex matters
• Managing files and helping progress cases efficiently
