Job summary

Smith Partnership is expanding its Private Client team and inviting applications for Solicitor / Associate or Legal Executive roles in the Private Client / Wills and Probate group. The role involves drafting Wills and LPAs, administering estates, and using trusts to mitigate home fees, with a focus on client care and accuracy.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years PQE in Private Client, a current practising certificate or CILEX, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Take instructions and draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Administer Estates and use trusts to mitigate home fees.
• Assist with administration of estates and related tax considerations.
