Job summary

Service Care Solutions is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to manage a caseload of Private Client matters in Essex. The successful candidate will handle administration of estates, trusts, and inheritance tax issues.

Candidates should be qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with 2 to 4 years’ PQE and experience in drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading regional law firm.

Qualifications

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2 to 4 years’ PQE.
• Experienced in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a caseload of Private Client matters through to completion.
• Handle matters including Administration of Estates, Trusts & Inheritance Tax.
• Apply for and obtain the grant of probate and set up trusts.
