Law Staff Limited seeks an experienced Private Client Solicitor/CILEX (4+ years PQE) to join a dynamic private client team. This role handles high-net-worth matters, including wills, trusts and estate administration, with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in private client law
• Experience handling high-net-worth private client matters
• Wills, Trusts and Estate administration experience preferred
• Knowledge of Inheritance Tax and reliefs encouraged

Responsibilities

• Advising on Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
• Drafting Wills and Trusts
• Preparing Lifetime Trusts and supporting administration procedures
• Managing estate administration and tax liabilities
• Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney and overseeing registrations
• Supporting the team and firm's marketing efforts
• Collaborating with Head of Private Client and Fee Earners to meet firm objectives
• Undertaking additional duties as required by Head of Private Client/Directors
