Job summary

A well-established Bedford law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal to join its busy Private Client department. You will manage an existing caseload including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and Estate Administration.

Qualifications

• Experience handling private client matters.
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Experience dealing with Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration.
• STEP qualification or willingness to work towards accreditation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing caseload covering Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts.
• Develop client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and support colleagues across the firm.
