Eventus Legal in Coventry, West Midlands, is seeking a Wills & Probate Paralegal to join a Lexcel-accredited law firm in a full-time, permanent role handling Wills, LPAs and probate matters. The position offers a competitive salary and a path to develop within a busy Private Client team.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in non-contentious Private Client work including Wills and LPAs.
• Ability to communicate sensitively and professionally with clients.
• Accurate drafting of legal documents with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Will drafting and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Provide clients with information and support on Wills and LPAs.
• Assist probate team with estate administration matters.
• Respond to client enquiries in person and by telephone.
• Open new matters and ensure client and file information is recorded accurately.
• Handle and process securities, deeds, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with fee earners and Private Client colleagues.
