JMC Legal Recruitment in Aberdeen is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join a well-regarded North East Private Client Team. You will work on wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts and succession planning, developing relationships with clients and senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor at NQ-2 PQE, or a trainee approaching qualification.
• Private Client experience is preferred, but trainees without a Private Client seat will also be considered with transferable experience.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, client-focused approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters including wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts and succession planning.
• Develop technical expertise and client relationships under senior guidance.
• Take ownership of matters as you progress toward qualification.
