The role

You'll handle a broad caseload of private client matters, including wills, powers of attorney, executries and trust administration. You'll also advise on succession planning, inheritance tax and asset protection for a varied client base.

Alongside your fee-earning work, you'll build and maintain client relationships, contribute to business development and support junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

About you

This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor who:

• Has sound technical knowledge of wills, trusts and executry work
• Is confident advising clients on succession and tax planning
• Is proactive, well organised and commercially minded
• Holds, or is working towards, STEP qualification
