Job summary

Page Personnel seeks a Private Client Solicitor in Aberdeen, offering a genuine path for career progression and STEP support. You will handle private client work, including wills, trusts and estates, with emphasis on drafting, probate processes and tax planning.

The successful candidate will have 2–8 years' PQE in Private Client law, strong client relationship skills, and a drive to develop towards STEP qualification. Hybrid working and a competitive package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or equivalent with 2–8 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Experience in wills, trusts and estates.
• Interest in STEP qualification and continuous professional development.
• Strong drafting and probate management skills.
• Knowledge of inheritance tax planning and asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored private client advice on wills, trusts, and estates.
• Draft and review legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
