LR Legal Recruitment seeks a Private Client Solicitor to cover locum assignments across Kent. The role includes drafting wills, probate work, LPAs, trusts, and Court of Protection matters, with flexible on-site, hybrid or remote working depending on the firm.

Candidates should have 3+ years PQE in private client and be able to manage a full caseload independently. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential; case management software familiarity is preferred.

We are working with a number of reputable firms across Kent seeking experienced Locum Private Client Solicitors to support their teams on a short- to medium-term basis.

The Role as a Private Client Solicitor

• Drafting and advising on Wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Trusts and inheritance tax planning
• Court of Protection work

Requirements as a Private Client Solicitor

• 3+ years' PQE in Private Client (strong experience essential)
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
• Familiarity with case management systems
