Private Client Solicitor - 5+ PQE - Poole
Location: Poole Office

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000

Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to take ownership of a varied caseload and contribute to the continued success of a respected practice.

The Role
This is a client-facing and autonomous position, offering the chance to manage a full range of Private Client matters. Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
  • Administering estates and managing probate matters
  • Advising on Tax and Trusts
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Building strong client relationships and encouraging referrals
  • Meeting billing and time recording targets
  • Contributing to departmental growth and firmwide success


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:

  • Minimum 5 years' PQE in Private Client law (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues
  • Commercial awareness and client development experience
  • Familiarity with case management systems (preferred)
  • SFE/STEP accreditation or willingness to pursue
