Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5 years PQE to join a well-established and highly regarded regional firm in Gloucestershire. You'll be joining a busy and growing Private Client team that's trusted by generations of clients across the region. The firm is known for its stability, strong leadership, and commitment to long-term relationships, not just with clients, but with its people. Hybrid working is available, offering a balance between office collaboration and remote independence.

The Role

You'll manage a varied and rewarding caseload of private client matters, including:

  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trusts and related tax and estate planning
  • Advising individuals and families on asset protection and succession planning
  • Handling sensitive client matters with professionalism and empathy

You'll have autonomy over your files, direct client contact, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships in a community-focused setting.

  • 3-5 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in private client law
