The successful candidate will handle LPAs, Court of Protection matters, and trusts, while maintaining excellent client-care and contributing to business development within a supportive environment.

TSR Legal are currently supporting a well regarded law firm based in Newport, who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our friendly and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with a strong background in private client work who is committed to delivering a high-quality, personal service to clients.

You will manage your own caseload, build lasting client relationships and provide clear, practical advice on a range of private client matters.

• Administering estates and obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration.

• Building strong relationships with clients, professional contacts and referrers.
