Job summary

TSR Legal in Newport is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ PQE to join a friendly, growing team. You will manage a private client caseload, draft wills, advise on estate planning, and administer estates with sensitivity and accuracy.

The successful candidate will handle LPAs, Court of Protection matters, and trusts, while maintaining excellent client-care and contributing to business development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Drafting wills and complex estate planning
• Managing a private client caseload independently

• Handling probate administration and grants of probate
