Job summary

TSR Legal is assisting a South Wales law firm in Newport by recruiting a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ PQE to join the Private Client department. The role involves handling deeds of variation, gifts, deeds of family arrangement, wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate grants, and estate planning for individuals and businesses.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and a drive to build and develop an existing Private Client team within the firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ PQE in Private Client required
• Experience handling wills, probate, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney preferred
• Desire to build and develop an existing Private Client department

Responsibilities

• Assist in a broad range of private client matters for individuals and businesses
• Prepare deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement
• Obtain grants of probate and provide estate planning support
