Job summary

TSR Legal is assisting a South Wales law firm in Newport by recruiting a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ PQE to join the Private Client department. The role involves handling deeds of variation, gifts, deeds of family arrangement, wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate grants, and estate planning for individuals and businesses.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and a drive to build and develop an existing Private Client team within the firm.

Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive - 2+ PQE

TSR Legal have recently been instructed to assist a South Wales law firm as they look to strengthen their Private Client department with the appointment of an additional Private Client Solicitor, or Legal Executive.

Our client has a fantastic reputation locally handling a broad range of private client matters with a focus on offering excellent client care.

Our client is looking to hire an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its Private Client department due to growth and expansion. The Private Client department handle a broad range of Private Client matters acting on behalf of individuals as well as small and larger businesses.

As a Private Client Solicitor within the department you will have hands on experience of preparing deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement, preparing wills and lasting powers of attorney, obtaining grants of probate, estate planning as well as a range of other private client matters.

To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate who is currently employed as a Solicitor or Legal Executive 2 + PQE within a Private Client with good technical knowledge as well as the desire to build & develop an existing department.
