Job summary

A well-established Leeds law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their experienced team. You will manage a varied caseload including wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, probate administration and Court of Protection applications.

You will meet clients, draft documents, liaise with HMRC/HMCTS, prepare estate accounts and maintain case management records. The firm supports training and offers hybrid working, development opportunities and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' PQE (all levels considered).
• Excellent client care skills.
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication (verbal and written).
• Experience with case management systems desirable.
• Full, clean driving license; local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and advising clients; drafting legal documents.
• Liaising with HMRC and HMCTS; preparing estate accounts.
• Managing a varied caseload including wills, LPAs, trusts and probate.
• Maintaining accurate case management records and client updates.
