TSR Legal are supporting a top-tier law firm in Cardiff to recruit a talented Associate/Senior Associate in Private Client. The role focuses on advising high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients on wealth preservation, succession planning and complex estate matters.

You will manage a sophisticated caseload, draft wills, establish trusts, and coordinate with tax specialists to optimise wealth transfer across generations while collaborating with related practice areas to ensure a seamless

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied, sophisticated caseload advising on wealth preservation.
• Advise HNW/UHNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs and trustees on complex private client matters.
• Draft wills and bespoke estate and succession plans.
• Advise on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and other tax-sensitive wealth matters with tax specialists when required.
• Establish and advise on trusts, including administration and long-term objectives.
• Manage estate administration and probate for high-value and complex estates.
• Collaborate with private wealth, family, corporate, agriculture and estates colleagues to deliver a coordinated service.
