Job summary

TC Young LLP in Glasgow is seeking a driven Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join the Adults with Incapacity team within Private Client. You will handle guardianship applications and other complex matters, with a mix of wills, Powers of Attorney, and estate administration, all with substantial client contact and court exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Adults with Incapacity work, especially guardianship applications
• Strong Private Client background including Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Excellent research, communication, and ability to manage deadlines

• Also prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate administration
• Significant client contact and court exposure
