Job summary

TC Young LLP is seeking a driven Solicitor (ideally 2yr+ PQE) to join the Adults with Incapacity team within the Private Client department. The role will be based in our Glasgow office, offering a varied workload focused on guardianship applications and complex Adults with Incapacity matters.

You will also work on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and executry administration with significant client contact and court exposure. The firm emphasises progression, training, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Adults with Incapacity work, particularly guardianship applications.
• Background in Private Client work including wills, Powers of Attorney and executry administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle guardianship applications and other Adults with Incapacity matters.
• Prepare Wills and Powers of Attorney and assist with estate administration.
• Maintain significant client contact and court exposure.
• Work independently within a supportive team environment.
