Job summary

Realm Recruit is representing a well-regarded Yorkshire firm seeking a private client solicitor to develop their career in a supportive environment across West Yorkshire, including Horsforth or Wetherby.

In this role you’ll start with an existing caseload, grow your expertise, and progress toward running matters with minimal supervision. The team values stability, collaboration, and ongoing development within a friendly, non‑pressured atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years' PQE.
• Experience managing own private client caseload.
• Experience in wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration (desirable).
• Strong drafting and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a private client caseload including wills, probate and LPAs.
• Support senior solicitors on complex matters.
• Draft legal documents and advise clients clearly.
• Build relationships across offices.
• Maintain file management, time recording and billing.
• Ensure compliance with SRA and internal processes.
• Contribute to a stable, collaborative team environment.
