Job summary

Realm Recruit is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its West Yorkshire office in Bingley, near Bradford. Inherit an established caseload of wills, probate, estate administration and LPAs, with autonomy and scope to lead.

You’ll be the most senior Private Client lawyer in the office, mentoring a part-time fee earner and shaping the local offering while progressing toward a Team Lead role. The culture is relaxed, flexible and client-focused, with hybrid working and minimal

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner.
• Extensive experience in wills, probate, estate administration and LPAs.
• Ability to manage a Private Client caseload independently.
• Private practice background.
• Strong technical knowledge and file management.
• Excellent client care and communication.
• Friendly, approachable and self-sufficient.
• Collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Previous supervision or mentoring experience.
• Interest in developing junior colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and departmental growth experience.

Responsibilities
