Chadwick Nott, Plymouth, Devon, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a long-established regional firm with a strong private client practice across wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.

The role starts on a part-time basis with genuine potential to develop into full-time as the team expands. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and provide clear, compassionate client advice within a supportive, close-knit team.

Formación

• 3-5 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Strong probate and trust experience.
• Confident managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-centred approach.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a close knit team.

A long established, well respected regional law firm is looking for a Private Client Lawyer to join its busy and friendly team. The firm is known for its supportive culture, strong local reputation, and high quality work across wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with ideally 3-5 years’ PQE to take on a varied caseload and become a key part of a growing department.

• Manage a broad range of probate and trust matters
• Handle estate administration and related private client work
• Build strong relationships with clients, offering clear, compassionate, and practical advice
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the private client department

Candidate Requirements
